Founding Product Manager

Role overview

Reporting to the CEO, the Founding Product Manager is Stirling's first product hire. You will help the team build the right product for enterprise customers to convert from free to paid, entering at the editor and expanding into processing.

What you will own

• Sit with the CEO and with customers, understand business and customer priorities, and translate the top sequenced priorities into actionable briefs.

• Earn buy-in from Anthony, Founder and CTO, on those briefs, as the clear owner of resourcing and planning.

• Be the day-to-day partner for engineering, distributing and iterating on briefs, staying available for clarity, and escalating as needed.

• Grow the number of teams using Stirling as a PDF processor, up from individuals using it as an editor.

• Technical credibility, understands how priorities translate into technical execution and resourcing.

• Delivers with quality, with a track record of taste in execution.

• Communicates crisply, clear on what they know and what they do not.
