Chief of Staff

Role overview

Reporting to the CEO, the Chief of Staff builds Stirling's growth machine: go-to-market, data, and internal operations. You will build the system that converts customers from free to paid, the self-serve data pipelines that keep the team informed on how the business is doing, and the infrastructure that lets us scale as a global, remote team.

What you will own

• Build the machine that brings customers in and converts them from free to paid, in partnership with the CEO. This is Stirling's first real go-to-market motion.

• Build the self-serve data pipelines that let the team understand how the business is doing.

• Plug the infrastructure gaps that come with scaling, standing up the operations Stirling needs as a global, remote team.

What we are looking for

• High agency, and thrives working autonomously across go-to-market, data and operations.

• Data fluent, comfortable building and leading the pipelines that show how the business is doing.

• Delivers with quality, with a track record of taste in execution.

• Excels cross-functionally, building trusted relationships across a global, remote-first team.
